Key responsibilities
The position as Student Assistant is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Global Marketing & Digital Communications team counting 17 dedicated and experienced marketeers approximately 20 hours a week. You will be supporting your colleagues with various marketing communication assignments such as:
A strategic marketeer with strong hands-on competences
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are a strong project manager and communicator with an eye for the details, and have an interest in global marketing communication
As a person, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of a project. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented and outgoing.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.

- Coordinate translations of various campaign material with agency, local market and HQ
- Support on campaign development
- Manage dedicated projects
- Upload and handle approval of collaterals in our compliance system
- Upload campaign collaterals
- Create internal news posts
