You become a part of the Employer Branding team who are responsible for employer branding activities in Denmark, but who also sets the strategic direction for our global approach. This will allow you to gain experience from colleagues situated in our global Talent Acquisition Team throughout the European, Asian, and American regions, giving you the unique opportunity to work in a truly global environment.
What is the position about?

Our talent acquisition effort focuses on increasing awareness of Grundfos as an employer of choice and growing the rate of talented individuals who would consider working for us, primarily in the target group of academic students within IT, Engineering and Business. To do this, we drive and participate in activities covering career fairs, case competitions, hackathons, company presentations, etc., but also customised activities and events designed in collaboration with professors and students. Moreover, we are focusing on improving our online presence, why you will also play a vital role in for example our global social media strategy. The position is an opportunity to get as many responsibilities as you want, as you will be working with employer branding on both a strategic and operational level. The sky is the limit.What is the position about?Moreover, we imagine that you will:

• Help drive employee advocacy amongst our employees, enabling our employees to carry our employer brand

• Play a vital role in building an even stronger global social media strategy and presence

• Create content for digital communication and social media platforms, including employee stories and videos

• Establish a network and dialogue with internal and external stakeholders enabling you to clarify the present and future need for different talent segments

• Help create awareness of Grundfos as workplace to our target group by planning and executing different events e.g., company visits and career fairs.

• Think creatively about new initiatives within employer branding and get the chance to practice your project management and communication skills globally

• Take part in driving Grundfos’ student collaboration processes, and supporting different stakeholders within the organization with thisYou will start as soon as possible and be working for app. 15 hours per week at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, but we are of course flexible to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork. Furthermore, there is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for an intern, who is studying a bachelor’s or Master´s degree within Communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management or similar. Most importantly, you:What do you need to apply?• Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written – in Danish and English

• Are engaged in and eager to develop your skills in the field of talent attraction and employer branding

• Show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us

• Knows how to build relations and collaborate across fields, as you will be working with various stakeholders.

Additionally, it is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with:

• Organizing and coordinating activities or events

• Social media communication

• Flair for IT and an eye for layout so you can take part in managing our career webpages, design employer branding materials etc.As a person, you are outgoing and know how to build trust and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You are team-oriented, and you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Moreover, you are result-oriented and have a can-do attitude.
