We are looking for a Marketing specialist / Marketologist / Marketing coordinator
About Bixter:
Bixter is a bridge connecting talents seeking employment opportunities and a supporting force for local industries. Since it’s inception 15 years ago, Bixter have facilitated employment placements for more than 10.000 trainees from all around the globe, and today we continue placing 2000 new talents on yearly basis. Our aim in 2023 is to increase placement amount to 3000.
We are collaborating with current students, graduates, and skilled workers to provide life changing professional opportunities. We offer paid opportunities for professional traineeships, seasonal work, and work contracts. Furthermore, Bixter placement countries include Denmark, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada.
How exactly do we do it? We match talents with the best employment possibility, we help trainees/employees with all the paperwork, and we support trainee/employee arrival to their destination. Our placement positions support local sectors such as:
👨🌾 Agriculture (Livestock, Horticulture etc.)
🧑🏽🍳Hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
🧀 Food technology (Dairy/chocolate productions)

With our offices based both in Denmark and Ukraine, we are looking to add a new team member to our Danish office, in South of Denmark, Kolding. On daily basis we speak and hear 7 languages in our Danish office, which means you can expect a truly international environment.

About You:
We are looking for Marketing specialist / Marketologist / Marketing coordinator to add to our team.
- You have a strong work ethic and like to take initiative.
- You have successful previous experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite.
- You possess practical knowledge of SMM, can develop strategy, lead small team for implementation and control results.
- You can set marketing and sales funnel.
- You can sent budgeting and follow it.
- You are strong in building strategy for company brand development.
- You are strong in communication and find it natural to keep your colleagues updated and informed about your plans, projects, progress, and results.
- You have a natural sense of urgency and are motivated by goals and a fast-paced environment, where your execution and results are in natural focus.
- You are determined and resourceful (you keep looking for an answer, even when you can’t find it right away).
- You have natural coordination talents, and you are willing to speak up when you need support.
- You are creative and have a working knowledge of graphic design.
Your responsibilities:
- You will manage our Social Media accounts (communicate with potential candidates, create, and manage content so that our posts, pages and comments always sound natural, punchy, concise, and appealing.
- Implement targeting campaigns
- You will be responsible for refreshing/redesigning our website
- You will manage and coordinate our marketing and sales funnel
- You will manage our marketing campaigns
- You will participate in presentation events
- You will observe performance of marketing departments of our representative offices
