We are looking for a new leader, to manage our Performance Marketing team, who can grow and develop our digital business.

We want to move from mass marketing to personalized relationships where the journey ends in conversion.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you become part of an ambitious and dedicated team of digital marketers. We are responsible for all JACK & JONES’ digital marketing channels, and you’ll play a central role in regard to anything related to CRM, online automation and paid marketing. You will be part of an international and dynamic environment with openness and room for individual development.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you become part of an ambitious and dedicated team of digital marketers. We are responsible for all JACK & JONES’ digital marketing channels, and you’ll play a central role in regard to anything related to CRM, online automation and paid marketing. You will be part of an international and dynamic environment with openness and room for individual development.
Your tasks include
- You will be leading our digital marketing team consisting of our specialists within CRM, Paid Social, PPC and affiliate
- You will be responsible of developing our Media Plan and for managing our online campaigns and traffic acquisition budget in order to reach channel targets.
- Strategic Marketing - Drive traffic and growth on a strategic level, which matches JACK & JONES’ priorities. Strengthen our digital platforms and analyse performance of investments and constantly improve ROI & main KPI’s. Build and optimise processes to be more dynamic and digitally centric
- Personalisation & Customer Data – Moving our marketing to the next level within the digital space. Testing new platforms and technologies in order to connect with new consumers – and retain existing. Identify new opportunities and ensure our brand messaging and visibility is consistent and present at all relevant times
- CRM & Customer Loyalty – Part of developing and implementing the loyalty concept for JACK & JONES with an omnichannel approach, where acquisition and retention is very much in focus.
Your profile
As a person you are very analytical and data driven in your decision making, you bring your technical skills and passion for digital marketing to a challenging and constantly evolving industry.
We also look for:
- Relevant bachelor degree, preferably within marketing
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Expert in B2C marketing, online automation and performance marketing in general
- Good understanding of segmentation and online audiences
- Perfect written and spoken English – additional languages are an advantage
- Efficient planning skills. Ability to plan ahead but simultaneously roll up sleeves to execute
- Growth mindset. Taking a positive approach and attitude to everything you do.
