Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Employee to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire process from customer request to successful sale, including handling customer inquiries, creating quotations, processing sales orders, managing vendor communications and purchase orders, and maintaining order logs to ensure smooth operations. While a technical background is not required, having a technical flair and the ability to learn quickly is essential. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written English, proficient with computers, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position does not require travel, but it does offer opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries about our products.
- Prepare and deliver quotations tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

- Communicate with vendors to manage purchase orders, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products.
- Manage order logs, maintaining up-to-date records of all transactions and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to work quickly and efficiently on a keyboard, are essential.
- While a technical background is not required, a technical flair and interest in learning about our products are advantageous.
- A high performer who can quickly grasp new concepts and technical information.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
