In your new role you’ll use your organizational and creative skills as well as your structured approach and proactive can-do mindset to support a high-performance team deployed as a full-service agency inside a global organization. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will be involved in a balanced mix of practical and administrative tasks and projects, covering a wide scope of marketing communications disciplines. To name a few, you’ll be responsible for the coordination and hands-on practical preparation of large commercial events, the execution of our advertising plan and involved in content creation for our SoMe and sales platforms. You’ll work approximately 15-20 hours a week (2-3 days) – with great flexibility around exam periods.

Your skills and effort will be key to successfully:
- Plan, coordinate and execute commercial events and international exhibitions
- Coordinate and execute activities in relation to our advertising plan, working closely with our media agency and media partners
- Develop and update sales, branding and marketing materials and content for various platforms
- Create and coordinate content for our social media platforms
- Provide valuable ad-hoc practical and administrative support to our global in-house marketing communications agency
To succeed, you:
- Are currently studying your bachelors or master’s degree within the fields of marketing, branding or communications and have at least 2 years left of your studies
- Are exceptionally structured and responsible – allowing you to take ownership of tasks and projects while seeing them through from start to finish
- Are result and detail oriented, committed and ambitious – facing all types of challenges with good work ethics and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Display eagerness to learn and develop, using your creativity to challenge the status quo
- Master written English at a high level
- Possess strong user-experience with social media platforms
- See yourself as a true team player with a positive and extrovert personality
