In your new role, you will use your organizational and creative skills as well as your structured and detail-oriented approach and proactive can-do mindset to support a high-performance team deployed as a full-service agency in a global organization. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will be involved in a balanced mix of practical and administrative tasks and projects, covering a wide scope of marketing communications disciplines. To name a few, you’ll be responsible for the planning and hands-on practical administration of commercial events and the production and coordination of razor-sharp messages and engaging content for our SoMe, web and sales media platforms.

You’ll work around 20 hours a week (2-3 days) – with flexibility around exam periods.

Your skills, effort and mindset will be key to successfully:
- Plan, coordinate and execute commercial events and international exhibitions
- Content production (copywriting) and coordination of content for social media, web, sales materials and marketing campaign
- Manage stock of merchandise and exhibition equipment
- Develop and update sales, branding and marketing materials and content for various platforms
- Provide valuable ad-hoc practical and administrative support across our global in-house marketing communications agency
To succeed, you:
- Are currently studying your bachelors or master’s degree within the fields of marketing, branding or communications and have at least 2 years left of your studies
- Master written English at a high level (professional, bilingual or native proficiency)
- Are exceptionally structured, detail oriented and responsible – taking ownership of tasks and projects while seeing them through from start to finish
- Are proactive, result oriented, committed and ambitious – facing all types of challenges with a can-do attitude
- Display eagerness to learn and develop, using creativity to challenge the status quo
- Possess good user-experience on social media platforms and can see yourself mastering digital marketing tools, platforms and techniques
- See yourself as a true team player with a positive and sociable personality
