About the role

We are in search of a Digital Marketing Coordinator to enhance and streamline our digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities for this role include monitoring campaign progress, creating various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, compiling content, updating online assets, optimizing digital marketing production, and conducting general digital marketing tasks. Your creative thinking and strategic prowess will be an important part of shaping our digital narrative, bolstering Aasted's image, enhancing digital client communication, and improving business growth through effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess creativity, innovation, multimedia proficiency, significant organizational skills, and great writing and communication abilities. Finally, an outstanding Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a deep understanding of various digital touchpoints, excel in delivering highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experiences, and achieve digital objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting marketing initiatives
  • Creating and administering mailing lists
  • Overseeing product and service launches
  • Editing marketing materials
  • Researching market trends
  • Identifying and collaborating with vendors
  • Coordinating marketing events
  • Developing and curating content for digital platforms
  • Optimizing SEO
  • Preparing presentations in PowerPoint

We expect you to have:

  • Knowledge of email marketing systems such as Apsis and Active Campaign
  • Technical understanding of SEO
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Event management expertise
  • Familiarity with CMS, particularly SiteCore.
  • Advanced copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Great organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of web analytics
  • High English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Danish is advantageous but not mandatory.

You will report to our Head of Commercial Operations and be an integral part of the marketing team.

This position is based in our offices in Farum. Our office facilities include a canteen, social security incurrence, and we host company-wide social activities each month.
