Georg Jensen is looking for an experienced E-mail Marketing Specialist who is eager to drive Email Marketing in all its aspects. The position is a 1-year temporary maternity cover. You will be based in the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will report to the Head of Ecommerce and work in a team of 10 highly skilled colleagues and 3 student assistants.

The role
The role is responsible for e-mail marketing in the HOME category – planning, creating, producing, and managing all email communication in our HQ markets as well as in our global markets, supporting our overall Georg Jensen strategy. The criteria for success in this position will be to grow e-mail revenue, optimize and monitor send-outs end to end, and to grow the database by using lead tool to successfully achieve marketing KPI’s.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g., Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery. Most importantly, however, is it that you live and breathe email marketing.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning, briefing, and managing all email communication in close collaboration with our content team
- Ensuring our e-mail marketing is aligned with marketing activities – commercial calendar, e-com, retail etc.
- Identify Target audience and grow our database
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication via email to minimize unsubscribes
- Assist on CRM development projects and automation flows
- Analysing and tracking campaign performance
- Weekly trading on sales revenue and performance from email marketing efforts
- Monthly KPI reports
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g., Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery. Most importantly, however, is it that you live and breathe email marketing.
The ideal candidate has the following personal competencies:
