We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Assistant to strengthen the company's online presence and brand identity. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing strategies and content plans across various social media platforms to maximize company brand exposure and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve company goals.
• Create engaging, original and targeted content campaigns for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate campaign success and continuously optimize content to improve results.
• Manage social media profiles, including creating content calendar and scheduling posts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure an integrated approach to online communication and campaigns.
• Monitor the latest trends, tools and platforms in social media and implement these into the company's strategies.

- Able to set up and executing content plans with a focus on different target groups and platforms.
- Creativity and content development
- Ability to create engaging and original content campaigns.
- Able to use different formats (text, images, video, etc.) to increase engagement.
- Able to monitorize and analyzing key metrics from social media
- Ability to use data to optimize content and continuously improve results.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales team to ensure an integrated approach to communications and promotions.
- Flexible and able to work well in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Stays up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and platforms.
- Can work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
