Technical e-commerce Project Manager

Then you might be the new technical e-commerce project manager we are looking for in SKATEPRO.
POSITION
As a Technical Project Manager within e-commerce at SKATEPRO, you must use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with a broad range of stakeholders and your team of 10 developers to define requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, deliver projects on targets and communicate with cross-functional partners.
You will refer to the CEO and you will spare and discuss with managers of all departments. You will support, align and mature development projects to find the optimal solutions across departments and functions.
Furthermore, you will lead the reporting of progress, timeline and prioritization directly to the management team and play an important role in the development of new technical solutions to our platform.
YOUR TASKS
You will be responsible for planning, execution and delivering development projects within scope, cost and time based on business priorities aligned with management. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and managing your team of developers and for optimizing processes and tools to improve the business.
Your core tasks will be;
- Provide end-to-end technical project management expertise within e-commerce
- Drive ongoing and new projects including scope, timeline, task prioritization, risk mitigation and budget
- Work directly with the management team
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors to drive strong delivery
- Play a key role in connecting the dots between development and the rest of the organization
- Provide daily leadership of the team including all people related activities (recruitment, onboarding, employee development, feedback, absence management, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE
We imagine that you have some years of experience as technical project manager and have been working with project leadership. You are good at handling many tasks in a dynamic environment with a high work pace.
Besides that, we wish that you have the following qualifications;
Professional qualifications
- You have minimum 3 years experience in managing end-to-end IT projects
- You are experienced with e-commerce
- You are a natural leader, and you have experience with leadership
- You are not afraid to challenge authorities to achieve the best possible outcome
- You are collaborative and building relationships
- You can communicate with conviction to all level
- You have an international mindset
- You are fluent in English both written and verbal
Personal qualifications
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with short deadlines
- You are a strong team player and can work independently
- You are open-minded and curious
- You are structured and a sense for details when needed
- You have a natural interest in people development
- Advantage if you have interests in action sport
