Legeakademiet is launching a webshop in Germany and is looking for a well-structured digital marketing coordinator who is fluent in German and can help us launch our strong brand in Germany.

Legeakademiet is an internet toyshop focusing on educational toys for children. Our mission is to let children l earn through play. Our niche is centered around toys that are educational, that develop body and/or mind and are f un to play with. Toys that make it possible for children to be creative, imaginative and work on important gross motor, fine motor, balance and coordination skills. That is our passion in Legeakademiet.
Our mission, concept and passion for our work has resulted in continual growth over the past 16 years and - most important of all - thousands of satisfied customers.Since 2017 we have also let children learn through play in Norway and in 2020 we launched webshops in Finland and Sweden. Our next adventure in export is coming up and Germany (and the Netherlands) is our next step. Therefore we need your help to enable us to be a success.
Who are you?
You are a proactive and positive person. As Digital Marketing Coordinator you are up to date with the latest platforms and social media trends. You understand the importance of social content and how it can impact the brand as well as drive engagement with our followers. You love processes, precision, stability and maintaining structure on busy days. You can think creatively in terms of helping us gain a strong foothold in the new market.
We need your help with (amongst other things):
•Input for optimizing and develop the shop to make it fit the German market
•Marketing tasks e.g. SoMe and establishing and maintaining contacts to national media and influencers
•Oversee, execute and lead development of social media strategies in close relationship with our marketing agency
•Plan campaigns and day-to-day activities on Facebook, Instagram, newsletters and YouTube etc.
•Responsible for content and SEO-optimized texts including meta titles and product descriptions in German
•Manage and overview translations
•Establish dutch customer service
We’ll jump for joy if you:
•Possess impeccable linguistic skills in German
•Have knowledge of the German e-commerce market
•Are a skillful SoMe and online marketing asset
•Have experience with different marketing tools
•Are great at planning and executing your tasks and responsibilities
•Have an innovative mindset and lots of ideas for marketing and PR
•Are able to work independently with lots of personal drive
•Are structured, responsible and pay great attention to detail
•Understand that in a small company as ours we all pitch in and help out with the daily tasks - no matter how big or small they may be - especially during our busy season.
You will be working in our office which is located in Hørsholm close to Kokkedal train station, where we have a dedicated team of 16 colleagues in a homey and welcoming atmosphere. Our warehouse and logistics are in Holstebro in Jutland.
We expect the job will be part-time to begin with - with the possibility of becoming full-time later on.
