The position
You will be located in the ALK Headquarter in Hørsholm Denmark, with close collaboration with Quality Responsible Persons in the ALK Affiliates/Sales Subsidiaries. ALK has Affiliates/Sales subsidiaries in Benelux/UK, China, Germany/Switzerland/Austria, Nordic, France, Spain, Italy and Slovakia.
We are looking for a new colleague for the department Global Quality Clinical & Markets, which consists of 10 colleagues in Headquarter and 9 colleagues located in the ALK Affiliates around the world working with GDP, GMP, GCP, GVP and Medical Devices.
For this unique position, you will need leadership experience combined with a good foundation for sparring regarding local quality requirements around the world.

The position

Fields of responsibilities
- Management of the global group of Quality Responsible Persons in ALK affiliates/Sales subsidiaries in Nordic, Benelux, UK, Germany, Italy, China, France and Turkey
- Daily operations support and sparring partner with distribution of products, technical complaints, recall and rapid alert, case handling etc.
- Establishment and maintenance of Quality Agreements
- Maintenance of the ALK Quality kit for Affiliates
- Implementation and roll out of Corporate Quality processes, systems and tools in Affiliates e.g. training system and new document management system
- Market expansion activities including supplier management and GDP audits
- Quality sparring and close collaboration with other Headquarter functions e.g. other Global Quality functions, Commercial Operations, Global Pharmacovigilance, Global Regulatory Affairs
- Drive the global initiatives to ensure local input and anchoring as part of the global quality networks for optimization and maintenance of quality processes
- Involvement in global projects
Your preferred professional qualifications
- Masters Degree in Natural sciences, Pharmacy or similar
- Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience within Quality, in-depth knowledge of Quality/GMP/GDP requirements and expectations in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience from Affiliates/Sales Subsidiaries is an advantage
- Having worked globally with different cultures is an advantage
Your personal qualifications
- Strong drive, takes own initiatives and proactive action.
- Ability to work independently, but also a strong team player with focus on colleagues and stakeholders.
- Relation builder working respectfully across different cultures with flexibility.
- Possess the ability to plan, organize and execute multiple tasks and aim for high level of compliance.
- Proactive and takes initiative and actively seeks influence and initiates actions on own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead, motivate and influence in the organization.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills verbally as well as written.
Languages:
- Fluent Danish and English (verbally and written).
Travelling days:
- Approximately 20 travelling days a year world-wide can be expected.
