Global Marketing Manager CeramicSpeed Cycling
Do you have a passion for cycling? Is your dream to combine marketing and cycling in your work life? Then you might be our next Marketing Manager.
CeramicSpeed Cycling is looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager to help set the future direction for our innovative brand. In this role you will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and communication related activities on both a strategic and operational level.
You will work alongside skilled, motivated and passionate colleagues focused on developing the brand and driving growth for the business.
You will be responsible for a department of currently four employees plus a number of external suppliers, agencies and contractors. You will be part of the Global Management Team and report directly to the Executive Vice President and have a dotted line to the CEO.
CeramicSpeed Cycling is a global company with both B2B and B2C customers all over the world. We also have subsidiaries and colleagues in both the U.S. and Asia. To excel in this position you need a global mindset and perspective but also the ability to understand the local markets and cultural differences.
The marketing department is responsible for a wide field of activities including but not limited to B2B and retail marketing, events & tradeshows, design and visual identity, website, PR, Social Media, and activation of our sponsorships. We expect you to be able to navigate all of these disciplines and lead the direction for the department and brand.
In addition to the above we are looking for a candidate with exceptional skills within consumer marketing, customer experience and possibly communities. These are areas where we see big future development potential for the brand.

Your professional background
We envisage you having a relevant education, a minimum of 5-6 years of marketing experience including experience as a manager. A proven track record, preferably but not necessarily, from the cycling industry. If your professional background is not in cycling we imagine you have a personal passion for cycling or sport in general.
Native English language would be a big plus. If not native then as a minimum fluency in English and potentially German language skills.
Please note that the position is on-site at our headquarters in Holstebro, Denmark, and requires that you have a valid Danish work visa.
