You’re gonna blow our minds with project management power, an excellent sense of how to sell things online, and a tried and tested set of methods you’ve used to scale up other advertising setups.
You’re an online marketer, but a broad perspective is valuable. Maybe you’ve run kickstarter campaigns, started your own business, or driven sales with mail-order catalogue? Whatever your take is on how to scale performance advertising, we’re interested!
You take full ownership of your projects. Taking a product to market in an amazing way isn’t a one person job, so working well with the team while driving your projects forward is a must.

Finding growth opportunities and acting on them. You will help us to see new ways to scale up our ads systems. You’ll change our perspective on how we bundle, unbundle, target, message, shoot, design, budget, coordinate and all sorts of other parameters relevant for tuning ad performance.

With 6,000 products and a thriving design department for our house labels, we help customers in 40 countries and 18 languages. In the last 5 years, we've grown from 3 to 60 employees and were nominated the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark in 2017. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.

You’ll be doing this…
- Manage projects designed to find profitability and scale in our marketing mix.
- Develop new advertising concepts.
- Work with our in-house creative team for photo and video.
- Build landing pages.
- Run ads.
- Work with no budget cap as long as you’re running profitably.
- See your projects through multiple iterations.
- Effectively manage the many stakeholders involved in getting projects shipped.
You have...
- A good understanding of complex systems. You’re also good at mapping them out for others to understand.
- The ability to get things done. While they talk about ‘how’, you just do it.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Significant experience with developing and running performance marketing campaigns.
- Incredible project management skills.
- Agility - things will change fast when we discover what’s working and what isn’t.
- Mad analytics skills.
