Join a truly global organisation
As the new Head of Media Activation, you will join our global HQ in Humlebæk. Here you will lead a team of 9 media activation specialists and account managers who are based in both Denmark and Poland.

You will become part of Marketing & Activation in Global Marketing where we are responsible for developing our marketing strategy. We are passionate about delivering the best results by listening and responding to our markets and to the needs of our customers. We build campaigns and help launch products and services across the globe – products that make a real difference to people with intimate health care needs.

You will be an important part of this, ensuring the optimal activation of our campaigns from a true global perspective and making sure we reach and help as many users as possible.

Lead daily operations and define our media activation strategy
By setting the direction for your team, you help ensure the activation of our media campaigns across paid and earned media, including SoMe. You will continuously strive to perfect and develop our media activation processes to improve marketing activities, securing the effectiveness of our investments.

At the same time, you and your team will play an important role in taking our digital marketing agenda forward, and you will be vital in setting the future direction of the field.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead your team and ensure that they understand and meet expectations as well as succeed in their areas of responsibility
  • Prepare, plan and own the media activation strategy, particularly with a strong online focus
  • Secure campaign effectiveness, track media activation effectiveness and create learning loops to continuously improve media activities
  • Own the media budget and act as the main point of contact for our media partners
  • Build close relationships with local subsidiaries and key distributors to help them drive local media activation agendas
  • Ensure we have a strong and good cooperation with internal stakeholders to deliver on our strategy going forward

You should expect 20-25 travel days per year to visit our offices in Poland as well as internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen
You have:

  • A commercial degree, preferably at master’s level
  • Extensive experience working with media-savvy global or regional companies
  • A thorough knowledge of both online and offline channels and platforms, especially online
  • Experience with leading, inspiring and motivating specialists
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English (Danish is not a requirement)
