The global control room of commercial processes
Join Commercial Operations, part of Commercial & Digital Development, at Coloplast’s HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark. As a team, we are responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing our global commercial ways of working. We are an international, high-paced group of 7 who all place emphasis on ambition and a high level of competence – here, you will be challenged and get to learn from the best.

Coordinate global and local D2C initiatives
Our focus within the D2C business is Coloplast’s two largest business areas, continence and ostomy care, and most of our D2C attention is on the top 6 markets – the US, the UK, DE, FR, IT and CN.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate our project portfolio towards our subsidiaries as well as take part in or manage projects of your own – all with the purpose of standardising and accelerating the D2C business area on a global scale.

Specifically, you will:

  • Maintain an overview of the portfolio of projects targeted at our subsidiaries and monitor performance and project progress
  • Manage country-specific projects in our key markets and support cross-functional projects
  • Map commercial D2C processes and drive value initiatives
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders in our subsidiaries and facilitate communication
  • Plan our biannually Direct Forum event where we gather internal stakeholders within D2C
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Travel approx. 25 days a year – primarily within Europe but most likely worldwide

As we are on a journey with our D2C efforts, you will get to play an active role in shaping your own tasks.

Are you a high achiever and a great analyst?
You are excited at the prospect of joining a skilled team with high expectations of you. And you have the analytical skills and business understanding to work effectively with several markets at the same time, all of which are unique and often require tailor-made approaches.

  • You have an educational background within business or another relevant field
  • You bring +2 years of relevant experience, e.g. within consultancy or commercial excellence
  • You have strong business acumen and analytical competencies
  • You have a well-equipped toolbox, including solid PPT and Excel skills
  • You have the ability to understand, work with and simplify processes
  • You speak and write English fluently
