Humlebæk

Would you like to drive strategic, global projects within upstream or downstream marketing?

As one of our two new Global Marketing graduates, you will work to either identify commercial opportunities within our portfolio or to ensure successful commercialisation and market roll-out of our products – before embarking on an adventure abroad. From there, the sky is the limit for your Coloplast career.

Your career starts here
The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme is a three-year full-time programme. A talent programme for top students with a potential and drive for leadership.

The programme alternates between 18 months at our HQ in Denmark and 18 months in a global subsidiary. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

And after completing the Global Graduate Programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.

From Global Marketing to local market adaptation
Starting 1 September 2020, you’ll spend the first half of the programme as part of Global Marketing at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, accelerating your skills within upstream or downstream marketing from a global perspective. Here, you will join either Product Management, responsible for ensuring a profitable product portfolio strategy, or Marketing & Branding, responsible for commercialising the solutions delivered by Product Management.

After completing your HQ adventure, we will take your skills and interests into consideration when finding you a role at one of our global offices in either Europe, Asia or the USA where you can quench your thirst for international travel and market adaptation. If you know German and are interested in spending the second part of your programme in Hamburg, please apply for the German position directly instead.

Start your journey in Global Marketing
If you join Product Management for the first half of the programme, you will make your mark on our commercial strategy and the care products we offer our users in the future by optimising our portfolio strategy across our Chronic Care products. Doing so, you will conduct data analyses to identify commercial strengths and weaknesses in our portfolio and subsequently develop business cases for launching new products or launching existing products in new markets.

If approved, you will also be the one driving the project forward together with a technical project manager. This entails collecting forecasts, ensuring that the product complies with the desired specifications, etc. as well as managing stakeholders across R&D, Product Development, Production, Marketing and Sales.

If you join Marketing & Branding, you will make your mark on how we introduce new products to our customers and make sure that they become a commercial success. You do so by taking over projects from Product Management to commercialise our services and products towards our end users and medical professionals. You get to drive different kinds of projects, e.g. developing marketing toolboxes related to new product launches or developing brand new digital services supporting the use of our physical products.

This involves a high degree of collaboration across Global Marketing as well as with local sales and marketing teams to support our sales efforts and ensure successful market roll-out.

“We will make sure to match your competencies and passions with the role where you can grow the most. No matter which of the two global functions you work for, you will have real responsibility from day 1 and make an impact on our bottom line,” says Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Chronic Care, Rasmus Hannemann.

Commercial talent with international aspirations
You have great commercial flair and are ready to build a global career, and it is a huge advantage if you already have some experience working in a business context.

Moreover:

  • You are about to complete or have recently completed your master’s degree within business or marketing
  • You are ready to live and work internationally as part of a multicultural company
  • You communicate fluently in English – the more languages you know, the better
  • You have the potential and drive for leadership
  • You are interested in life science and/or innovation
