Right now, we are looking for two new product owners to continue the comprehensive roll-out of Salesforce across our global business. You do not need to have experience with Salesforce – as long as you are all about bridging IT, processes and business, you are in for an exciting career in Coloplast.
Take part in our global Salesforce programme
At our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will join our Commercial Solutions team within our Commercial and Digital Development department. As a team, we are responsible for developing and driving commercial IT solutions across Coloplast.
We are in the middle of an exciting transformation, implementing Salesforce across all global business units and sales channels. The programme is already a great success with over 3000 users across our biggest markets, but we still have a lot to do to further develop the platform and ensure roll-out across our direct business – where we communicate directly with the end users that we help every day.

Support the development of our Salesforce platform
As a product owner, you will be responsible for our CRM platform features tied to a specific business area such as sales, consumer, direct business or marketing. Collaborating closely with our process owners, you act as a technical liaison between the IT department and the business.
Following our agile work process, your main responsibility will be to ensure that business requests and requirements are translated into IT solutions that create value for the business. We rely on user stories and testing to make sure that our applications are operational, and you will play a central role in ensuring that we achieve this goal. Moreover, you will be responsible for overseeing that your area adheres to the overall programme.
Depending on your experience, we will make sure that you get the proper introduction to Salesforce, agile work processes and the Coloplast product portfolio. Collecting input from your business area across our global markets entails mostly virtual communication with international colleagues, but you will also get to travel 10-20 days a year – and more if you are interested.
Product owner with a well-developed business sense
To be successful in this position, you do not need to be an IT specialist. Rather, you have a great commercial sense and a strong interest for applications and CRM systems. You preferably have some experience from a global environment, providing you with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate internationally with business and colleagues alike.

- You have 2+ years of experience as a product owner or similar
- You have a commercial background – such as a degree in business and/or IT with a commercial perspective
- You have experience with user stories and agile development processes
- You speak and write English effortlessly
- Salesforce experience is not a requirement but would be a plus
