At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join the Sales Excellence team in Commercial & Digital Development, becoming part of a competent and high-performing group of colleagues who set ambitious goals.
We drive our global training agenda for sales and consumer channels and provide sales excellence training programmes through a local train-the-trainer set-up. Interacting intensively with cross-organisational functions at all levels, we support stakeholders around the world with training to build even closer partnerships with our customers and consumers.
Sales and CRM training
As our new sales excellence manager, you will help design, build and facilitate ongoing sales training as well as continuous CRM functionalities training. By working closely with our CRM process owners, you will design and build commercial sales training to CRM and help integrate CRM fully into our sales behaviour.
Good stakeholder management is essential to this position as you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, both in Markets and HQ, to ensure best practice sharing as well as encourage the use of our processes and CRM system.
Your customers will be our Chronic Care sales and marketing teams and local business administration teams worldwide.
More specifically, you will:
You should expect 20-30 travel days a year to meet with stakeholders worldwide.
Experienced profile with a keen eye for details
Furthermore, you are highly organised, very attentive to details and determined to deliver high-quality work every time. Your good communication skills enable you to navigate effectively with stakeholders from different cultures. Finally, you have a great ability to manage and drive positive change.

More specifically, you will:
- Design high-quality global CRM training programmes for local teams (e.g. sales and marketing teams)
- Design training programmes for local business administrators (e.g. training in data maintenance, data updates and imports and user settings)
- Facilitate training for our global trainer network and provide them with tools to facilitate their own local training
- Work with both local and HQ stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities and report on the impact of programmes
- Develop and administer change management offerings such as local communication plans, local training plans, follow-up activities, etc.
You should expect 20-30 travel days a year to meet with stakeholders worldwide.
Experienced profile with a keen eye for details
- You have 2+ years’ experience with sales training or commercial CRM training, for instance from a large international organisation or a consultant role
- You possess strong presentation skills and solid PowerPoint skills
- You have project management experience
- You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- You are fluent in English – additional languages are an advantage
