We are a team of eight people who define our offline and digital dialogue to engage with consumers and build loyalty for our products. As the Coloplast Care program is still young in it’s development, this role comes with the benefit of seeing your ideas and visions come to life.
The role
Your main responsibilities, in cooperation with the Product Managers, is to develop Coloplast® Care as the core service offering within Chronic Care. You should be passionate about loyalty or consumer marketing and know what it takes to create a long-term relationship with consumers.
In addition to developing the communication flows, your consultation support is required in the implementation process in the different countries. The role is situated in our Headquarters but requires a great deal of collaboration in an international environment.
Your key responsibilities are:

You are willing to get your hands dirty, get to the heart of complex problems and work at both operational and tactical levels. You can adapt your communication to different people in the organisation and have a strong ability to collaborate, manage and drive positive change. You understand how a business operates and can quickly grasp the broader business impact of a decision or project.

As a person you are a team player with strong interpersonal communication skills and openness to cultural differences. You are result-oriented, dynamic and customer-oriented. Your strong cooperation skills enable you to get buy-in from your colleagues and to reach your goals. You are good in structuring and coordinating tasks. You are easy going and nice to be around.

- Global ownership of Coloplast Care for Bowel Management
- Consultation and strategy lead for country roll-outs of Coloplast Care
- Develop insights to the consumer dialogue strategy
- Ensure strong collaboration with local subsidiaries and relevant HQ functions
- Identify new business opportunities and projects that fit with our strategy
- 30 travel days per year
Analytical program manager

Qualifications
- Master’s in business or other proven equivalent theoretical background with additional business background
- 4+ years of work experience in consumer / B2C marketing, loyalty or insights
- Product or brand marketing experience is a plus
You have experience and proven track record within
- Dialogue, content marketing or consumer insights
- Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- working in an international environment
- Stakeholder and change management
- Professional understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Marketo, etc)
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing (Danish language skills not a requirement)
