Within our headquarters in Humlebæk, you become a part of the team responsible for all marketing activities surrounding our silicone and foams portfolio which include flagship products and innovative technologies.
Your new team consists of dedicated people with areas of responsibilities related to brand management and medical activities, and you will report to the Head of Brand Management.
Explore, advise, challenge and change
As the strategic brand manager, you take ownership of the overall strategic direction of an important part of the wound care portfolio. With this responsibility, you work to secure the most competitive long-term strategy and the optimal portfolio.
Taking on an explorative approach to projects and processes, you:
Brand specialist with analytical skills and a commercial mindset
You work very strategically, while having great cross-functional understanding to manage the execution of processes and projects. You also enjoy working hands-on and being involved in all steps of the processes.
You manage to strike a balance between short and long-term deliverables, and you have a persistence that drives you to follow through on even the longest of projects with an inspiring enthusiasm.
With great project and stakeholder management skills, you also have the tenacity and ability to engage colleagues, and you have the ability to influence your stakeholders and keep them engaged throughout the duration of your projects.

Explore, advise, challenge and change
As the strategic brand manager, you take ownership of the overall strategic direction of an important part of the wound care portfolio. With this responsibility, you work to secure the most competitive long-term strategy and the optimal portfolio.
Taking on an explorative approach to projects and processes, you:
- Identify the needed activities to support our strategy
- Perform deep-dive analysis on markets, target groups as well as current and future trends within the wound care silicone and foam area to identify short and long-term opportunities
- Create recommendations on new business opportunities, markets, strategic positions, indications, etc.
- Identify appropriate value argumentations backed up by evidence, based on the needs of target groups such as health care professionals, purchasers and patients
- Lead the exploration of which type of documentation (e.g. in vitro, clinical and health economic data) is needed to win in the markets
Brand specialist with analytical skills and a commercial mindset

Furthermore, you:
- Have 5+ years of experience with strategic brand management, business development and analytics – maybe from a previous position as a consultant or as part of large organisation
- Hold a master’s degree in business or similar
- Preferably, have some experience from the medtech, life science, pharma or wound care industry and are familiar with clinical evidence and health economic documentation requirements
- Are able to travel approximately 20 days per year to collaborate with colleagues around the world
- Have powerful communication skills and are fluent in English
