At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join Global Marketing. Here, you will become a part of a passionate team of 6 people working within Ostomy Care Product Management, which makes up approx. 40% of Coloplast’s revenue.

We interact with colleagues around the world and across levels and functions, including R&D, sales and marketing. Together, we set the innovation direction, drive global product launches and work to maximise the potential of our Ostomy Care portfolio which makes life easier for people with intimate health care needs.

You will be responsible for our Supporting Products range, which is the fastest growing portfolio in Coloplast, now delivering more than 1 billion DKK in turnover. There is still much more potential , so you will have ample opportunity to make your mark and grow your career by leading strategic projects.

Drive the innovation pipeline
The Ostomy Care product pipeline consists of innovation within ostomy bags as well as new supporting products. Working alongside other product managers in the team, you will take on your own innovation projects for Supporting Products and drive the future road map of the range.

To maximise the potential of the pipeline, you will:

  • Identify and drive key product initiatives that ensure our products reach the markets optimally
  • Function as commercial lead on innovation projects, which includes setting the commercial and strategic direction for launches as well as go-to-market strategies
  • Scout for new business opportunities within Supporting Products and build business cases
  • Contribute to the development of competitive product positioning, value drivers and marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing
  • Work closely with local markets to ensure buy-in on innovation direction and the right level of ambition
  • Travel approx. 20 days per year to collaborate face to face with subsidiaries and engage with customers around the world

A commercial mindset and a flair for data analysis
Although we have support functions working to provide you with the right data, it is important that you have a natural flair for working with it too, connecting the dots and translating them into commercial solutions and action plans.

You have a commercial mindset and are still keen to learn more and challenge yourself by continuously setting yourself new goals. You thrive when working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and enjoy collaborating and communicating creatively to engage colleagues in your ideas.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a commercial master’s degree
  • Have 2+ years of experience within global, local or strategic marketing or from a market-oriented commercial function
  • Are adept at managing cross-organisational projects to ensure commercial impact in our subsidiaries globally
  • Are fluent in English
  • May have experience within the health care or medical device industry or a similarly regulated field – it is however not a must
  • May have international experience – though it is not a must
