Clinical education manager
As part of team Evidence and Education, you are responsible for defining and developing educational initiatives to strengthen the clinical knowledge level of internal marketeers and external health care professionals. Through close cross-organizational collaboration with marketing and sales, evidence managers and medical specialist in your team and external healthcare professionals, you are overall responsible for setting educational target and aligning the educational initiatives together with the with the HCP engagement team.
Your key tasks are to:
Travel is to be expected - approx. 30 days a year to visit our subsidiaries and attend external congresses.
Candidate profile
Your background could be diverse, but you probably hold a master’s degree within healthcare or life sciences, alternatively a background within nursing or communication. In addition to the educational background, it is important to have a commercial mindset to succeed in the role.
We expect 3+ years of experience within health care marketing, medical education, biotech/pharma, clinical development and/or project management.
You have a talent and passion for communicating challenging medical concepts clearly with an audience-centric approach. Also, you have solid executional and project management skills and know how to link project strategy to the overall business. You appreciate working in interdisciplinary teams as your ability to involve stakeholders and collaborate is key to success.
It is important that you are curious and eager to learn. Finally, you thrive in a cross-functional, global, ambiguous and at times hectic but fun work environment.

- Lead development of internal training initiatives in line with overall commercial strategy
- Create selected internal educational initiatives in collaboration with marketing and sales excellence
- Define and develop learning formats for external education in close collaboration with the HCP engagement team
- Support subsidiaries and Global Marketing with ad-hoc sparring on educatio
- Support innovation projects with ad-hoc sparring on educational need and education plan
