In Ostomy Care Marketing, we ensure that our new Strive25 strategy comes to life in the best possible way through the strongest global marketing strategies and best-in-class launches and campaigns.
Here, you join a strong team that works closely together to ensure that health care professionals and our end users know the benefits of our products. We are looking for an experienced team member with a proven track record within marketing that can play an integral part in setting the direction for our brands.

A great combination of marketing strategy and creative execution
You will be key driver of growth for some of our most important brands in Coloplast. You will formulate, drive and execute marketing strategies across markets and brands, and you will use your strong marketing experience within both classical and digital marketing and communication.
You will furthermore be responsible for new innovations where you will develop and implement launch strategies and marketing toolboxes as you support the markets around the world towards success.
“We operate globally, and you will collaborate closely with many national and international stakeholders within headquarters, subsidiaries, cross-functional teams and advertising agencies. You will manage a wide variety of projects at any given time, and it is crucial that you have a can-do attitude, a creative mindset and both a strategic and tactical focus,” adds Janne Blomfeldt.

Solid marketing experience is a must
- A master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or an equally relevant field
- Solid experience in marketing strategy and execution, preferably from the medical industry, FMCG or an advertising agency
- Strong digital marketing experience combined with offline marketing expertise
- The flexibility to travel to subsidiaries and customers when possible again, 15-20 days annually
- The ability to speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is not a requirement
