Team up with the Marketing & Evidence team
At Coloplast, you will become a part of Global Marketing, a global function of many talents and nationalities responsible for the launch of new products as well as life cycle management of our in-market products. In the Marketing & Evidence team, marketing managers and medical specialist owns the global marketing & evidence plan and goes to work to develop industry leading marketing and evidence initiatives. Working in our HQ in Humlebæk, you will bring knowledge on scientific and clinical evidence to complement the commercial agenda of Wound & Skin Care.
Bring the insights that may shape the future of our products
Focusing on our wound and skin care portfolio, you will help further strengthen our brands position and accessibility by ensuring that our products’ clinical benefits and cost-effectiveness are well documented. To achieve this, you will drive the identification, gathering and communication of clinical evidence in key markets.

In essence, your task is to make sure that our colleagues in sales can lead meaningful conversations with customers around the clinical benefits of our Wound & Skin Care portfolio” says Mette Bjørn-Møldrup, Head of Marketing & Evidence.
Concretely, you will:
Clinical evidence and data expert with a commercial mindset
Your background could be diverse, but you probably hold a master’s degree within healthcare or life sciences, alternatively a background within nursing or communication. In addition, it is important to have a commercial mindset to succeed in the role.

You take on a distinct commercial and analytical perspective on all your moves and decisions, and you are never afraid to argue your case and let your opinions be known when it comes to developing evidence. This is made possible by your excellent communication and presentation skills and your ability to develop strong professional relations.

Concretely, you will:
- Identify market needs for evidence and documentation
- Generate data
- Drive publications in collaboration with key opinion leaders
- Communicate results, evidence and documentation to subsidiaries and key opinion leaders in an easy-to-understand manner
- Provide scientific advice and medical marketing input to Wound Care Marketing and subsidiaries as well as to product pipeline projects
- Travel approx. 20 days per year to collaborate with divisions within the key markets and attend congresses and other events
Clinical evidence and data expert with a commercial mindset
Your background could be diverse, but you probably hold a master’s degree within healthcare or life sciences, alternatively a background within nursing or communication. In addition, it is important to have a commercial mindset to succeed in the role.
We imagine that as the ideal candidate:
- You have experience from a similar role or as a medical or scientific officer, clinical research specialist, clinical project manager, medical information manager or similar
- You have experience with KOL management, advisory boards and publication of scientific papers
- Preferably, you have some experience from the health care or medical device industry
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Danish proficiency is not a requirement, as our company language is English.
You take on a distinct commercial and analytical perspective on all your moves and decisions, and you are never afraid to argue your case and let your opinions be known when it comes to developing evidence. This is made possible by your excellent communication and presentation skills and your ability to develop strong professional relations.
