Joining us in Humlebæk, Denmark, you become part of Continence Care Marketing. Here, you join a great team of 8 fun and hard-working colleagues who are responsible for all our communication across channels, including global launches of products and services that make a difference to people with intimate health care needs.

Develop global marketing campaigns
In this marketing manager role, you help strengthen the market position of our Continence Care business by developing strong integrated marketing campaigns across channels. To do so, you will collaborate across borders and cultures, and you will be a great factor in the execution of our global marketing campaigns, making sure they reach their target group – health care professionals and consumers – in the best way possible. Specifically, this includes:

  • Developing global marketing campaigns across channels (healthcare professionals and end users) and guiding campaign implementation
  • Supporting countries regarding new product launches and securing country readiness with launch planning activities
  • Collaborating with different departments in our HQ, including Pipeline & Portfolio, Branding, Evidence & Adoption and Regulatory Affairs
  • Tracking campaign effectiveness and creating learning loops to secure continuous improvement of activities
  • Acting as a strong partner for our subsidiaries and travelling about 20-25 travel days per year to do so


Creative and detail-oriented marketing professional
Developing materials for international campaigns, you will need project management, collaboration and communication skills as well as some business understanding. But just as important, you will need all your creativity and sense of detail and structure to deliver new and outstanding BTC and BTB campaigns. Your qualifications:

  • You hold a master’s degree, preferably within marketing
  • You have 3+ years of experience working with marketing in an international setting
  • You communicate effortlessly in English
