Own and lead a growing product portfolio
We are now looking for a new colleague in the Product Management team to primarily lead the Biatain Fiber portfolio, one of the most strategically important products in our portfolio. You will set the strategic direction and act as global commercial lead, by seeking to drive profitable growth and ensure continuous product support to our colleagues globally.

“As the Senior product manager for Biatain Fiber and Biatain Alginate, you will join a small fun and ambitious team with much responsibility, as we essentially set the commercial global product agenda for the global Wound & Skin Care business” says Yuran Chen, Head of Product Management.

“Our new colleague will be the product champion and to-go person for expertise on market dynamics, latest market trends, and competitor insights. With the combined knowledge on product and market, the candidate will be able to shape the future of the portfolio, own the global commercial agenda with concrete initiatives to set a high growth ambition” she adds.

Product Management is one of four teams in Global Marketing, and your closest colleagues will be two other product managers responsible for the remaining part of the global Wound & Skin Care portfolio.

We have a high level of interaction across the organization (Subsidiaries, Marketing, Global Operations and Global R&D, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of our priorities.

As a key prerequisite for our success is closeness to our customers and global colleagues, 20-30 days of travelling per year should be expected.

Be a true team player and take strong ownership
As a person, you are a true team player who knows how to work through issues involving the right stakeholders, being sensitive to different cultures and can be a role model for the team in creating results and a positive working environment. You are supportive and willing to share your experience as well as learnings with the others and help the other team members when needed.

In addition, you are good at leading your own priorities, and can prioritize your work to ensure on time deliveries. You are able to articulate the strategy and project work towards the management team and are confident in presenting and explaining the rationale.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of product management or marketing experience, within the MedTech industry and ideally with a combination of local & global roles.
  • Experience within the Wound & Skin Care industry is a clear advantage
  • A master’s degree in marketing, business or equally relevant
  • A proven track record within development and execution of global and/or local marketing initiatives, ideally a track record of strong product launches
  • Excellent communication skills in English
