Welcome to Global Marketing
In this position, you will join Global Marketing at our Headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark where you will work alongside a multicultural group of talented colleagues. In close collaboration with the Senior Manager for Claims & Compliance you will be leading and supporting initiatives that ensure that we have the right system and processes in place to enable strong product communication globally, in compliance with relevant regulations.
“You will join us as a key player, driving activities around PromoMats, the tool that will enable commercial compliance across Coloplast. Once rolled out in key European markets, PromoMats will ensure an aligned process for promotional material review and approval and you will liaise with marketing colleagues globally to drive and support the implementation process” explains Kristin Carvell, Senior Manager Claims and Compliance.
Ensuring compliance of promotional materials
You are expected take on an autonomous Project Management role within defined initiatives, as we roll out and implement PromoMats in new geographical areas. You will also ensure training and support to existing users in our subsidiaries and Headquarters, collaborating closely with process owner in Regulatory Affairs to ensure that efficient and compliant review and approval processes are supported.
Marketing departments across Coloplast will be using PromoMats to ensure compliance of their promotional communication and, as the ambassador and global ‘point of contact’ for the tool , your role will be pivotal in supporting appropriate use of the system. In collaboration with the superuser communities and process owner, you will also proactively propose and follow up on system changes to reflect market needs.
As Commercial Compliance Manager, you will:
Many meetings will be held via Skype/Teams, but you can expect to travel +/- 10 days per year, to meet and train colleagues locally.

As Commercial Compliance Manager, you will:
- Drive implementation of PromoMats in key subsidiaries
- Develop and implement user training materials as well as execute training of new and existing users in HQ and subsidiaries
- Support optimal use of system through super user communities in HQ and subsidiaries
- Interact with a number of stakeholders across Coloplast HQ and subsidiaries
Many meetings will be held via Skype/Teams, but you can expect to travel +/- 10 days per year, to meet and train colleagues locally.
Project management experience and great collaboration skills
- You have a few years of experience from working in a relevant position
- You have experience working or studying in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues from a range of cultures
- We envision that you have an academic background in Business Administration, Marketing or Quality, where Project Management has been subject to your interest.
- Understanding and familiarity with working in a regulated business is a plus
- Familiarity with the Veeva/PromoMats platform is an advantage
- You speak and write English fluently

- You have a personality that shines in a high pace environment. You are open-minded and agile in your leadership style. It is essential that you have strong communication and decision-making skills.
