Position Overview:
As an Event Coordinator with expertise in FOH and the restaurant industry, your role will encompass:
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of events, with a focus on seamlessly integrating KILDEN Front of House staff and to enhance guest experiences.
- Dining Experience Enhancement: Leverage your restaurant industry background to elevate the overall dining experience during events, ensuring a perfect blend of culinary delights and impeccable service.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their culinary preferences and translating them into customized, memorable events.
- Logistics Management: Oversee logistical details, coordinating with vendors and managing on-site operations, with a keen eye on FOH dynamics.
- Creativity and Innovation: Bring your creative flair to the table, contributing innovative ideas to enhance both event experiences and dining offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with a specific focus on FOH and restaurant operations.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant industry trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
