Key Responsibilities

As our new team member, you will become part of the team responsible for Maersk Growth’s marketing strategy, including communication, branding and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

•Work alongside our Marketing Manager Jane to increase the awareness of Maersk Growth, targeting internal and external audiences to spread the word of our good work and to position Maersk Growth as a credible corporate investor and knowledgeable value-adding partner.

•Build relationships and collaborate with our Invest, Explore and Portfolio Managers to produce materials and messaging that support the Maersk Growth strategy.

•Build our profile to increase deal flow and create access to the best deals.

Supporting Responsibilities:

•Elevate the Maersk Growth brand to the next level externally by executing the strategy via SoMe marketing primarily on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.

•Use data to analyse our social media channels and news coverage performance to create actionable insights

•Oversee and communicate measurable channel marketing objectives

•Support the development of the visual profile of Maersk Growth under Maersk’s branding and CVI guidelines and ensure consistency across our channels

•Lead the investment announcement process in close collaboration with the Investment and Portfolio Management teams

•Create cool marketing assets, such as SoMe visuals, key announcements, newsletters, podcasts, videos, presentations and much more to help us reach and captivate our target audiences

•Support in driving end-to-end campaigns

•Collaborate with Jane and Maersk’s Communication, Branding and Marketing teams when handling more significant announcements and coordinate content to identify opportunities to leverage other Maersk channels and collateral

•Drive our internal communication with engaging content from the Investment, Explore and Portfolio Management teams

•Plan and manage marketing activities within budget guidelines and deadlines

We are Looking For

We believe you’ll be the perfect fit for this role and thrive in our team if you:

o Have a solid understanding of social media and community management – you love to nerd algorithm changes and know how to increase reach to relevant target groups efficiently

o Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You truly enjoy writing and are a convincing storyteller

o Master the balance between internal and external communication and can tweak a story from one target audience to another without jeopardizing the coherency

o Have the creative flair and skills to develop next-level marketing assets and can make everything look great visually using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint

o Can manage and execute projects and events with drive, structure, and discipline, which is second to none

o Love a good challenge and handle ambiguity with a smile

o Possess excellent stakeholder management skills – you can build rapport and work across all levels

o You are often described as someone who has high energy and is loved for that by your colleagues!
