Group Marketing, Comm. & Public Affairs Global Marketing Products and Solutions Marketing
As an integral part of Global Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs (GMCP), Global Marketing is responsible for broad scope marketing activities including marketing strategy, campaigns, and branding. You will be part of the Product Marketing department, responsible for marketing strategy, messaging, and core external representation of Vestas’ power solutions, service solutions, eCommerce, and capabilities. As such, the department is the primary link between commercial management and marketing activation, ensuring relevant messaging and connection to commercial goals. We are a team of 6 dedicated employees characterised by the Vestas values: Accountability, Collaboration, Simplicity and Passion which form the backbone for our culture of striving for world class.

Responsibilities
- Lead Product Marketing for the area of capabilities
- Advance the overarching Vestas customer value proposition (CVP)
- Substantiate value drivers through development of proof points and content
- Conduct deep dives on Vestas capabilities and translate to intelligible narratives
- Lead development of sales material in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Connect with Vestas commercial solutions and incorporate in external representation
Qualifications
You probably have:
- Master's degree in business, with focus on marketing
- Relevant experience working with value propositions and creation of marketing material
- Experience working in or with a larger organisation
- Experience with creating marketing material in English
Competencies
- Good business insights and understanding
- Strategic mindset and creative problem-solver
- Driven self-starter with a focus on delivery
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced skills with MS PowerPoint
- Driven collaborator with ability and focus on delivering results
- Structured, but motivated by operating in a flexible environment
