Welcome to Digital Customer Engagement! As a team, we manage client facing applications and related APIs for Nordea’s customers. You will join awesome colleagues from across the world in delivering solutions to our customers in a never before seen pace, ensuring that Nordea will remain a frontrunner in digital banking services.
About this opportunity
You will lead and prioritize the work for a highly productive and agile cross-functional release train with skilled and pro-active people with strong knowledge of their domains covering payments, international and domestic money transfers, invoicing, and bill payments incl. direct debits.
You will lead the strategy and roadmap for the release train and coach your Product Owners to deliver digital solutions to our customers in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
What you’ll be doing:
The role is based in Copenhagen. We follow hybrid model of working. Some travel should be expected as the agile release train has members across the Nordics and in India. Ideal starting time is during May 2024.
