About Queue-it
Queue-it is a tech scale-up that empowers the world’s biggest brands to deliver on their busiest days. Our virtual waiting rooms prevent website crashes and bot abuse to create a smoother, fairer online experience for billions of users.
It's a place where you can do what you are naturally best at to positively maintain your performance. We’re a diverse team coming from 45+ countries with offices in Denmark, US, South Korea and Australia.
About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be right at the center of the action between Sales, Product, and Marketing.
You’ll start with a deep understanding of Queue-it’s target personas. You’ll know what makes them tick, what keeps them up at night, what their vision is for the future, and how they make their buying decisions. To understand the larger context, you’ll keep up with alternative solutions and shifts in the market.
With this knowledge as your north star, you’ll help the Product team to position solutions in the market, communicate their benefits effectively, and help products fly off the shelves.
You’ll collect proof points, create sales tools, and provide collateral needed for the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams to get deals across the finish line.
And you’ll help the Marketing team create compelling content and pain-point-centered campaigns that make prospects feel we understand their problems and can help them deliver fair, transparent, and reliable sales no matter the demand.
Areas of responsibility:
Understand our target personas & their buying experience — stay attuned to the who, what, when and why behind our buyers & the decisions they make, driving changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
Develop product positioning & messaging — show products’ strengths, communicate benefits, and clarify the value we bring to the market for internal audiences, existing customers, and prospects.
Stay on top of the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
Support (re)launches of new & existing products — join forces with the commercial teams to plan feature promotions that support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
Enable our sales team & partners with product insights — ensure they understand the problems we solve for our buyers and users, develop internal tools and external collateral, and teach them how and when to use it.
Be the product evangelist — Keep the company informed on product updates and shifts in product positioning.
Examples of Projects and Tasks:
