Your mission…

As the Nordic Marketing Coordinator, you are the link between all expert team members in Garnier & L’Oréal Paris teams. Your coordination and support should allow streamlining processes and help the teams focus on their core activity. You are the guardian of the online product content and information. You handle team activities and events, as well as facilitate best practice sharing between the teams. The role reports both to the Retail Brand Manager of Garnier and the Retail Brand Manager of L'Oréal Paris . 

You will...

  • Lead the creation and update of product pack shots and product descriptions to ensure quality and timely content on core assortment and launches
  • Own product launches overview and secure deliverables for each launch
  • Support with content adaptation for websites: articles translations, visuals adaptations
  • Be responsible for product sampling: product orders, shipment, seeding to countries, influencers and media print houses
  • Lead team activities and be team spirit/hygge owner: breakfasts, ad hoc events, birthdays, team events
  • Ensure regular media reports send-outs to the marketing and country teams

We are looking for the Nordic Marketing Coordinator to start as soon as possible. The employment is a parental leave cover for 11 months.
