About the job:

Are you passionate about storytelling, know the dynamics of social media and either have experience from banking or investing or is curious to learn more about the industry?

As Social Media & Communications Specialist you will be responsible for all organic content and community management – from strategy, to planning to execution – across all social media channels. Working closely with colleagues across departments to craft compelling stories and leverage content from other channels, such as media coverage, internal communications, or client communications.

We are looking for a person who is ready and eager to grow with us – as we look to welcome even more clients to Saxo Bank over the coming years and make the Saxo brand known to all relevant audiences – and share our passion for investing and how we enable more people to fulfil financial aspirations and make an impact.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the social media content pipeline, including writing creative, engaging content for all channels
  • Owning and sharpening Saxo Bank’s Tone of Voice on social media to ensure consistent messaging across channels
  • Drive and implement our Global Employee Advocacy Programme
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities and stories that can be told in a timely and engaging way through social media channels
  • Drive community management to further grow Saxo Bank’s engagement levels, listening to feedback and escalate any issues accordingly
  • Work with our Paid Media team to leverage and optimise towards social media performance metrics and deliver data-driven recommendations for new content and creative strategies

Your profile:

  • You are experienced in developing creative social media content that can be used across channels
  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience with social media, content production and community management
  • Solid experience in measuring impact and setting KPIs for continuous improvement
  • You are an excellent communicator, a true collaborator and have a hands-on approach to engaging and building communities
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in English
  • Curious and well-informed about the latest trends in investing, fintech and financial services, including client preferences and media consumption

You will be based in the bank’s headquarters in Hellerup and be part of Saxo's Global PR & Communications department where you will report to the Global Head of Communications & PR. Saxo Bank’s Global Communications team consists of 9 members and manages all external and internal communications as well as organic social media for the Saxo Bank Group.

On a daily basis, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across teams and geographies and work in a motivating and challenging environment in an international firm.
