Are you enthusiastic about customer service, digital demand generation and building up relationships with Milestone’s partners and key internal stakeholders to impact business growth? Then you might be our new full time engagement coordinator for Milestone Marketplace!

Milestone Systems is growing very fast globally – and that requires new ways of working together with our customers and partners in a shared community, where we enable our partners and strengthen the collaboration even further. We have created a digital collaboration platform called Milestone Marketplace, which aims to scale lead generation together with Milestone’s global partners.

The Digital Customer Engagement Team within Digitals Sales is responsible for digital users and customers on Milestone Marketplace. Our focus is on the user funnel of attracting, onboarding, and subscribing new customers, including upselling and reducing churn of already existing customers. The approach requires utilizing a Digital Success Management based toolbox that aims to capture the value a partner’s product adds to Milestone’s own product portfolio by driving synergies across digital and physical sales activities.

You will join a global team of highly skilled digital customer engagement professionals with colleagues in both Denmark and Portland who will have similar responsibility as you. You will be part of Digital Sales with a total of 12 other colleagues and will report to the Manager of Digital Customer Engagement in Denmark. We are busy but this never compromises our shared dedication to having a fun time, continuously helping each other to grow personally as well as professionally.

How you will contribute to team success

You will be responsible for partner engagement and upselling, as well as customer success management, across EMEA and APAC. You encourage and prepare partners to join Milestone Marketplace at the right mem-bership plans by explaining the value propositions and the benefits of digital promotion and close the onboard-ing process with a sale. One’s a customer you will work with partners to maximize their success in terms of de-mand generation metrics from all available digital content.

Your impact will require collaboration not only with your colleagues but with our sales teams, community managers, regional and global marketing as well as our partner programs. You will own your partner portfolio for all stages of onboarding, engagement and customer success with clear targets, performance indicators such as revenue, retention, and lead qualification metrics.

The overall goal is to make our partners’ user experience on the platform as successful as possible, which, in turn, improves the customer lifetime value and ensures partners to remain paying subscribers.

During a typical week you
Prepare for planned meetings and review content vs performance – 25 %
Execute partner and collaborator Teams meetings – 60 %
Report, track your progress and align with team – 5 %
Work on projects and/or personal development tasks – 10%

How we believe we match

You have 1-3 years’ experience across sales of insurance or digital advert, partnership relations, co-marketing, or user engagement, and balance the art of achieving sales goals with always delivering the best user experience. You are also comfortable working via online, requiring fluency in English with strong verbal skills. Finally, and most importantly, you have an interest in growing your career in the field of digital sales.

We offer a workplace based in our HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen, where you will have ample opportunities for support and coaching. When relevant you can also work from home. The office is 5 minutes’ cycling from Glostrup Station, and Milestone has bicycles you can use.
