At 3Shape our aim is to change dentistry and improve the lives of our customers with innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a great talent, who wants to join our Commercial Excellence team as a Commercial CRM Manager and drive the optimization, adoption and usage of our sales processes in CRM and related systems. The role includes approximately 20 days of travelling per year.Position and responsibilitiesAs Commercial CRM Manager in 3Shape you will act as a business partner to our country affiliates and be the voice of 3Shapes’ sales organization by collecting user feedback and development requests for CRM and related systems and prioritize those based on business impact. You will translate needs into requirements and user stories and support the technical CRM team in coming up with the right solution.In addition, you will be responsible for a successful implementation of those solutions, which entails close collaboration with the country affiliates, delivery of CRM and related system training and establishment of a super user community. It will also be up to the Commercial CRM Manager to ensure that we can increase our performance transparency by leveraging insights from CRM and related systems as well as translating those insights into new initiatives and recommendations.As a Commercial CRM Manager, you will be given the following responsibilities:
  • Be the point of contact for the sales organization and identify sales process improvements related to system development
  • Collect user requests and feedback and prioritize CRM and related systems development tasks together with the technical team based on business impact and ability to implement
  • Support the technical team in defining the right CRM and related systems solutions and development roadmap
  • Drive user acceptance testing process
  • Ensure successful implementation of solutions and train users across the organization
  • Establish super user community in sales organization with links to after sales
  • Act like a change agent when implementing new solutions and boost user adoption and satisfaction
  • Leverage CRM and related systems insights and increase performance transparency
  • Professional competenciesThe ideal candidate has the following background:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working with a market leading CRM system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce – 3Shape currently uses Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Bachelor is a minimum requirement
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in stakeholder change management and with implementing and adopting CRM solutions in an international sales environment.
  • Creation, articulation, and documentation of business processes, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Strong sales excellence process understanding preferably from a B2B and B2C environment
  • Experience with tools linked to CRM (e.g., marketing automation, ecommerce, sales enablement tool) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
