The Marketing Operations team consist of 6 highly engaged and qualified people with both junior and senior marketing experience. We are a multifunctional team and have a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders both at the office in Brøndby and internationally.
The atmosphere is energetic and friendly, and we value time going to lunch together or take a walk around the building and talk about topics besides work.
The role entails the following primary activities:
- Support the Project Lead and the Project team in various planning tasks preparing for the annual Milestones flagship event. This is our global Milestone event, where we host more up to 900 people in a selected international city.
- Preparation and delivery of various presentations and status reports
- Deliver and monitor key metrics and tracking of various event data in excel and PowerBI Dashboards.
- Support Global Events Manager in definition and delivery of a global Event Playbook and Portfolio across Milestone events.
- Manage meeting logistics and communication in relation to key internal stakeholder meetings, including invitations and coordination of delivery and task details.
- Define and maintain information and file management, including upload, clean up, version control and access to Teams folders.
- Undertake various research tasks in relation to events.
- Undertake basic maintenance of event management system, e.g. update text and participant information.
Qualifications and preferred skills:
- We have no requirements for previous work experience, but you are currently studying a relevant field and have preferably 2-3 years left until final graduation. We hope you can se yourself in most of the below skills:
- Understand the basic principles of marketing and the organization of projects.
- Be a skilled communicator; You should be comfortable in reaching out to colleagues and stakeholders and explain yourself and the task you need solved. Therefore, it is crucial that you can work in outlook: Write emails in fluent English, set up meetings, etc.
- Proficient experience in working with Excel, Power point and Word. You need to be able to work with different administrative lists in Excel and also prepare different presentations and setup models in Power point.
- Be a structured and organized person who thrive with high degree of coordination tasks and can keep deadlines and follow up on ongoing work.
- Be proactive and energetic. The environment is high paced and welcome individuals with drive and proactive attitude.
