Specifically, this means that we are expanding our product offerings to our customers, which will now also include insurance brokerage, specifically life insurance and pensions. You can be part of this exciting expansion and join us from the very beginning, as we are currently looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and implementation.
About the job
As the Product Manager for the insurance brokerage, you will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing strategies that ensure growth and profitability within our insurance products. You will play a central role in leading projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet customer expectations as well as regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant education in finance, economics, business administration, or similar, with minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on brokerage.
A strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements is necessary to navigate safely in complex environments. Excellent project management skills and proven experience in leading complex projects to success are crucial, as well as sharp analytical skills and experience in preparing financial analyses and business cases. You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and your strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to convey complex messages clearly and precisely. You are fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes challenging work environment is an advantage. Additionally, knowledge of the IT systems and tools used in product management and insurance brokerage is a plus.
We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and hire when we have found the right employees.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies for the insurance brokerage department in line with the bank's overall goals and vision
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Initiate and lead projects to develop and improve insurance products
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the products are effectively marketed and distributed
- Prepare business cases and financial analyses to support decisions on product development and launch
- Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, partners, and other stakeholders
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on product specifications and sales strategies
- Analyze product performance and make adjustments based on customer feedback and market data
- Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support the department's and the bank's goals
