Your mission…

As Social Brand Manager your role is to maximize advocated media of the brands REDKEN, MATRIX and BIOLAGE/American Brands in PPD, and to be the driving force behind fostering a deeper connection between the brand, Nordic consumers, and the pro community. You will own the strategic frame of engagement and reputation within advocacy and influencer marketing. You will act as the expert of user generated content leveraged both organically and in paid media. The role reports to the Division Advocacy Lead.

You will…

Develop, implement, and execute the advocacy and influence strategy and tone of voice - B2C and B2B - to support the brand’s business priorities.  Manage Advocated Media budget aligned with the brand team. Build direct relationships with advocates (consumer influencers and business advocates) or indirect through agencies. Manage stakeholder relation within the division (digital team + SBM from other brands) as well as the group CDMO team and the A&I community.    Strategize and roll-out plan around brand cause(s).  Build strong collaboration and workflows with full advocacy/digital tribe incl. Paid Media Manager to leverage advocacy and influencer content in media. Analyze the boosted media performance and carry out social listening, giving recommendations to management and feeding social trends to the team.  Own influencer and advocacy measurement tools, Traackr & PowerBi, consolidating and tracking performance across the division and translating into action plan.  Be the content gatekeeper of the brand to ensure consistent tone of voice of the brand across all platforms and usage of study insights.   Co-develop a strong Nordic calendar of engagement and loyalty activations (events, product seedings...) aiming at generating User Generated Content.  Keep track of the latest updates on all social platforms, news, trends and share ongoing insights with the advocacy tribe.  Build and share ongoingly your advocacy best practices with your local and international teams.  Work in collaboration on the frame and execution of digital strategies with the Head of Digital and the Division Advocacy Lead. +2 years of relevant work experience (advocacy, PR, influencer marketing, social media, digital). Expert in analyzing performance, digital KPI’s, developing insights to consistently optimize strategies & improve performance.  Strong competencies across core focus areas Advocacy & Influence, Communications, Social Media Marketing, Digital Media Strong interpersonal and presentation skills  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Strong collaboration skills and able to interact and spar with stakeholders across the organization. You are proactive, results driven and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish.  You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages We are looking for our new Social Brand Manager to start as soon as possible .
