Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of product managers and business analysts. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Collaboration: Collaborate to build business cases for new product ideas Ensure the understanding of customer needs around products in the pipeline Set direction for and grow our pipeline of raw materials for Stem Cell, Biological API and Oligonucleotide manufacturing in line with the company strategy in close collaboration with R&D and other relevant stakeholders Develop go-to-market strategies for new products Contribute to innovation and product ideas, and drive progress for new products Maintain a close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a critical function within the early pipeline , shaping the future of pharmaceutical innovation.
Qualifications We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for: Natural science background combined with business acumen Experience in leading teams in a large organisation Knowledgeable about a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in life science Competencies in product management and project management Excellent people skill Strong collaboration and bridge-building skills, with the ability to find win-win solutions Specific background within bioprocessing or cell therapy is an advantage Commercial experience or interest, e.g. related to preparing business cases Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel Experience in project management is beneficial Proficiency in English is mandatory As a person, you are visionary and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex projects. You excel in a dynamic environment and are able to inspire and develop your team. You are interested in the trends in the industry and able to identify new opportunities in the scientific arena.
About the department This is an exciting opportunity to join an international and ambitious Sales and Marketing organisation at Pharmatech located in Køge, Denmark. We are a very diverse area in terms of competencies and cultures, and we have a lot of fun on the way. Customer Support oversees order handling and ongoing customer interaction. Sales is accountable for account management and establishing us as a scientific partner. ComEx is taking lead on pricing, quotation management, sales excellence and sales of our Quats products that goes through partners. Strategic Marketing is developing commercial strategies including launches with regards to go-to-market, and New Product Marketing is developing innovation ideas together with R&D strategies and sales enablement. Finally, we have a Business Development function working on partnerships in a broad context. What is important to the leader of Sales and Marketing is trust, accountability, and an open and honest environment.
