Agile Wizard for Digital Marketing Department
Are you motivated by getting different agile teams to work together and taking the lead on the agile agenda? Then here is the opportunity to be part of a still growing digital team who delivers platform, support and development to a global organization.
Interacoustics is a world-leading company specialized in hearing and balance diagnostics for ear-nose-throat doctors and hospitals. We have been working with digital marketing for some years now and are in the middle of a large transformation where your role is crucial for us to be able to succeed.
The job
We are looking for an agile wizard who can work across our four teams and get them to work efficiently together the agile way. The four teams are distributed teams, and we have colleagues in Poland, Malaysia, and Denmark. The main role will be to facilitate planning meetings, coordinate, and coach our teams to a strong delivery, align ways of working and make sure the teams adopt and mature within the agile way of working. It's important that you are able to build a productive environment where the team feels ownership of the product and enjoy working on it.
You should expect 10-20 travel days per year.

Who are you?
You love the agile way of working and have a strong believe in it. You possess strong team skills and are a natural leader and communicator, always loyal to the framework but can joggle with the tools. You should have excellent knowledge of Agile and the Scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques and always seek to improve to achieve more. You will also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitate changes) with your mind set on deliverables.
Experience in a scrum master or agile coach role

- Train, coach and guide your colleagues in our agile framework teams to achieve higher agile maturity.
- Facilitate strong collaboration within the team.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Remove impediments for the team and act as a safeguard.
- Help the team implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Make sure we use our project tools in the best way
Who are you?
You love the agile way of working and have a strong believe in it. You possess strong team skills and are a natural leader and communicator, always loyal to the framework but can joggle with the tools. You should have excellent knowledge of Agile and the Scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques and always seek to improve to achieve more. You will also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitate changes) with your mind set on deliverables.
Experience in a scrum master or agile coach role
- Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Experience with working in a distributed team
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
Additional but not primary:
- Experience with working in web development and digital marketing
- Experience with working in a multi-cultural and global environment
- Experience with Azure DevOps planning tool
