Job Description
Danfoss Fire Safety A/S is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department at Danfoss Fire Safety in its primary and administrative duties.
In the role of Marketing Assistant, your objectives will be to assist and contribute to improving the company’s communication and activities with stakeholders, as well as to strengthen our presence in the market.

To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:
Furthermore, previous experience working with a CRM system, such as SuperOffice or SalesForce, and working with iPaper are both an advantage. On a personal note, you are structured, committed to deadlines and have a customer-oriented approach to your tasks. You are willing not only to improve in the above-listed skills but also to acquire new ones that could help the quality of marketing deliverables overall. Our corporate language is English; therefore, we expect your (business) English to be very good. Danish is a plus.

Danfoss Fire Safety A/S is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department at Danfoss Fire Safety in its primary and administrative duties.
In the role of Marketing Assistant, your objectives will be to assist and contribute to improving the company’s communication and activities with stakeholders, as well as to strengthen our presence in the market.
Your key tasks:
- Company newsletter: CRM set-up, graphic support and content preparation
- Exhibitions and other customer events: design of posters and operational support
- Website: WordPress maintenance and development
- Marketing and sales campaigns: use of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Merchandise: idea creation and ordering of marketing gifts
- Online and printed materials: create brochures, case studies, various technical documentation with the use of InDesign and publish in iPaper
- Social Media: maintenance, graphics, content and improvement
- Support internal communication: release of internal updates
Background and skills:
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience from a similar position
- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop at a good level
- MS PowerPoint at an excellent level and MS Word + MS Excel at a good level
- Experience with WordPress or another CMS
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and knowledge of online tools to generate targeted campaigns and sales leads
