KOMPAN is looking for an energetic and high performing danish intern to work at our Australia office located in Brisbane Queensland. You will have the opportunity to build on your past experiences and studies by working on marketing projects that support commercial development and get involved in the front line of playground design.

KOMPAN is a world leader in high-end playground solutions and is present in more than 55 countries worldwide. KOMPAN Australia has been in operation for over 18 years supporting our customers and agents in terms of market development, sales, marketing and playground design work. KOMPAN supplies both modeled and customised playgrounds to developers, local government, and educational projects across Australia via our direct sales team in Victoria and our agents in other states.
This internship will be located at our Brisbane office. The intern will become a part of our dynamic team of employees, and it undertakes a variety of tasks from project management, marketing, communication, sales and design with direct report to the Managing Director of Australia.

Job tasks and plans
The job will be challenging and diverse with focus on the following:
- Project support and coordination
- Support the sales support team in market research and operational support
- Assist the Marketing Manager in marketing activities (group content, local content and digital)
- Support the Design & Visualisation team in operational aspects
- Get involved in organising exhibitions, seminars and meetings
- Day-to-day business activities (ad-hoc)
Examples of Project work
Design & Visualisation Department
- Creating project experience tiles
- Update indesign library
- Updating BOX with png of variant and custom products
- Monthly project share - building
Marketing
- Desktop research e.g lead nurturing / finding new contacts / growing email lists / competitor research
- Contribute to the creation of content (email campaigns, social media, brochures, flyers ect)
- Support with managing/ translating product and content management systems
- Social media / email campaign management / follow ups
- Support with organising events, seminars ect
- SEM / SEO projects in conjunction with Group
- Asset creation if they have a graphic design background
- Adhoc / admin tasks
About you
- Currently studying any of the following majors - marketing, advertising, public relations or business
- Coming into this role, we do not expect you to be an expert; however, you must have an eagerness to learn and have a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be exposed to an international environment
- Digitally savvy, and have a good understanding of traditional marketing strategies
- Preferable someone with a flair for design and a confident operator in Adobe Creative Cloud programs; however, this is not necessary
