Apply today, and join us for a life-changing career!The positionAs Consumer Engagement Manager you will initiate, lead and implement consumer awareness and activation activities through innovative approaches in the private, public sector, and consumer market. You will innovate the way we engage through new solutions and channels with the overall objective to empower, activate and supporting people living with obesity in Denmark.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Builds strategic consumer activation plans, and develop the activation strategy for new consumer/patient segments with optimised channel selection & omnichannel engagement approach
  • Drive awareness campaigns toward consumers/patients and the public in collaboration with the cross-functional obesity team
  • Facilitate an ecosystem of touchpoints for patients looking for help eg. Blivklogerepåovervægt.dk and other relevant sources
  • Drive market research in order to understand consumer behavior to improve the patient journey
  • Lead the development of beyond-product consumer experience and support solutions
  • Qualifications
  • Master's degree, preferred in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience preferably from FMCG, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
    • Experience in communication agency/media agency is an advantage
    • Proven experience with social media campaigns
    • Solid experience with local media and influencers
    • Experience with Direct to consumer communication and/or patient activation is an advantage.
    • Driving behavioural change & Creating loyalty

As Consumer Engagement manager you will report to the Business Unit Director and be part of the Obesity Business Unit located in Ørestad, Copenhagen.The unit is responsible for developing the obesity market in Denmark and driving the obesity portfolio strategy together with the cross-functional team, including medical affairs, market access, and public affairs.
