The Position In this role you will set the pace for the cross functional matrix team in delivering the obesity strategy in line with patients journey steps and ensuring excellence in execution in delivery of the business; co-ordinate with the Global and Regional launch teams and drive an effective and forward-thinking cross-functional brand team, ensuring all stakeholder/customer needs and perspectives are considered and tactics are prioritised based on biggest potential and highest return on investment; analyse, identify and communicate areas of opportunity for business growth. Your other responsibilities would include: Leading the obesity team governance and ensure milestones are met in key deliverables Preparing insights and presentations for multiple governance forums and generate and send reports to senior management and broader organization with successes, challenges and risks across Obesity TA Leading the cross functional matrix team in delivering core projects and pilot implementation in selected affiliates Driving insight and data analytics to ensure impact of decision making and prioritization as well as identify and communicate areas of opportunity for business growth Contributing to the development of the obesity strategy and support the respective planning processes as well as drive initiatives for future product launches Qualifications We are looking for a data driven individual with ability to generate and provide insights, ability to create networks and win – win solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong Business Acumen and entrepreneurial mind-set and approach. Consulting experience is considered a plus as well as someone which is familiar in working and implementing Agile methodologies is a plus. Moreover, you have the following requirements: Life Sciences, Business or Marketing background or equivalent; The MBA is a plus A minimum of 5 years with previous project management experience Proficient level in Excel, other project management tools are a plus as well as Six Sigma black belt or equivalent are considered a plus Proficiency level of English, any other language is a plus About the Department Headquartered in Zurich, International Operations (IO) covers 22 time-zones and has over 16,000 employees around the world working passionately to change over 25 million patients’ lives each day.
