We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Execution for a 9-month temporary assignment. If you're ready to lead compelling campaigns and drive patient-centric strategies, read more and apply today for a life-changing career.The PositionThe Execution Lead focuses on delivering compelling campaigns on behalf of local markets and ensuring best in class digital media execution across the Region. The aim is to capture people’s attention with engaging content and invite them for the educational journey across the web universe. You will be working alongside a team of skilled individuals across UX, social media and search in one of the most agile and fast paste areas in [xxxxx].As Digital Marketing Execution Lead, your main tasks will be:
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable campaign strategies and compelling content based on regional digital media objectives. Ensure that campaign messaging aligns with Novo’s commitment to unbranded content and patient education
  • Content development: Collaborate with global content owners to ensure delivery of appropriate content packages
  • Campaign Governance: Oversee the distribution of Regional digital media campaigns at the Affiliate level. Coordinate with Affiliate teams to ensure timely deployment, accurate localization, and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: Collaborate with medical experts to ensure accurate and informative content related to obesity management. Monitor patient feedback and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign success. Regularly evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign progress and results to leadership and relevant stakeholders and foster strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and affiliates.
  • Risk Management and Budget Oversee: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact
  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of successful omnichannel campaign strategy and execution management.

  • Experience with targeted consumer marketing and content development

  • Experience working across multiple analysis, distribution, digital marketing and editing platforms (e.g. Meta, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop etc.)

  • Experience of Agency operations and/or management

  • Experience of Agile delivery and facilitation of agile ceremonies (Scrum Master)
