In the newly established position as Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will become part of our Digital Marketing team. We are a strong team of 5 colleagues who are passionate about our work and about creating value for the organization. The position offers a lot of responsibility and you will experience an exciting and varied day with a broad network, where it is expected that you have the ability to structure your day and activities according to overall targets and plans. Moreover, you will work closely with the rest of the Marketing department, IT, Sales and Product Management.
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong commercial understanding
The Digital Customer Journey has a high strategic priority in Kamstrup which is why we are searching for a colleague who can set the direction on our inbound activities and collaborate with Marketing Managers on developing always on marketing programs.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Personality matters
You have a relevant background within digital marketing. You are well-founded in digital marketing disciplines and currently in a position where you have obtained insights into various digital marketing analysis tools. Furthermore, you have great commercial and technical understanding the enables you to translate business inputs into solutions. You have at least 5 years of experience from a similar position, where you have obtained experiences in working with the digital customer journey and inbound marketing.
As a person, you are motivated by creating measurable results and thrive in a dynamic and international work environment, where priorities can change on a daily basis. You have experience in creating relations and managing stakeholders in a cross-organizational collaboration where you take on the role as the specialist, who can contribute with your knowledge and expertise.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish is an advantage.

- The inbound area within the digital customer journey including a future inbound marketing strategy that will lead to measurable business results
- Setting the direction for upper funnel activities such as Lead generation and nurturing, SEO/SEM and Marketing Automation
- Orchestrating, executing and optimizing value-creating marketing programs to reach potential customers and increase our global brand position
- Different projects across the organization and countries
- Documentation and communication of results to pears and management
