In the role as Senior Solution Product Manager you will step into a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies that leverage 's core technology and innovation. Your efforts will directly impact on the future direction of our business by driving revenue growth and profitability for our communication and connectivity portfolio. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire lifecycle of the product portfolio.
More specifically, you will be:
Meet your future team
With a direct reference to our Head of Product Portfolio Management, Product Management - Water, you will become part of a team of +30 persons primarily in Denmark and US. The Product Portfolio Management team currently consist of 8 team members, including you. Together we bring new innovations to the market to address the challenges of water scarcity. You will work closely with sales, marketing, technology, customer support, and the rest of the Product Management team to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Product Manager, who possess the rare combination of a commercial mindset and a solid understanding of industrial hardware products. Ideally you have experience from a similar position working with commercialization of industrial hardware, connectivity or software solutions in a B2B electronics company.

In the role as Senior Solution Product Manager you will step into a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies that leverage 's core technology and innovation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire lifecycle of the product portfolio.
More specifically, you will be:
- Shaping and maintaining the Water product strategy, ensuring it aligns with our long-term vision and goals
- Developing comprehensive product roadmaps for your designated areas that align perfectly with our Business Unit (BU) Strategy and financial targets, driving our portfolio towards success
- Spearheading the creation and management of robust business cases. This includes defining specifications, positioning products in the market, assessing commercial viability, and solidifying financial plans
- Embracing a full solution approach that encompasses not just the core product but also accessories, software, and system support
- Leading the charge in launching new products and solutions successfully including meticulous planning, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Providing strategic marketing insights and support to the marketing team. Your expertise will help shape compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement

We are looking for a Senior Solution Product Manager, who possess the rare combination of a commercial mindset and a solid understanding of industrial hardware products. Ideally you have experience from a similar position working with commercialization of industrial hardware, connectivity or software solutions in a B2B electronics company.
In order to succeed we imagine that you:
- Have a relevant degree in business administration, engineering, or similar
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record from product management or business development positions, where you have played a pivotal role in transforming business into a more commercial and digital focused
- Possess strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, that enables you to navigate effectively in our matrix organization and create stakeholder engagement with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners
